OUR OFFICES
TYPES OF FUNDS
​Our Board of Directors is constantly discussing new opportunities and creating new funds for the benefit of Meriden and Wallingford. Here are the types of funds that you can create with our foundation:

Build-A-Fund: build an endowment over time to a minimum level prior to distribution.

Field of Interest Fund: support a specific cause, organization or field of interest that is important to the donor.

Discretionary Fund: unrestricted and administered at the discretion of the Foundation’s board of directors to be dispersed appropriately relieving the community’s needs.

Donor-Advised Funds: support a donor’s current interests with direct participation by the donor in the granting process.

Operational Endowment Fund: support the foundation’s annual operating costs and ensure its future financial strength.
